An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the BSF sub-inspector was on leave when the accident occurred. He fell from a tractor near Bari Brahmana, sustained critical injuries and later died. The deceased was identified as Ved Pal Singh, a resident of Ratnal Kheri Bishnah area of Jammu district.
